Hosting with Big Trail Adventures
You bring the community and the story. We plan the route, book every bed, move the bags, answer the 11pm question about blisters and look after everyone from the first mile to the last. You earn on every place sold.
Pick from real, tested itineraries with beds held and routes we walk ourselves — not a wishlist.
Hosts earn 10% of every place sold, paid after the trip runs.
Payments, paperwork, changes, luggage, questions and problems on the hill all come to us.

You host. We run it.
Real beds on a real route, booked and paid by us, checked before anyone arrives.
Your people walk with a day pack. Luggage meets them at the next stop.
Secure card payments, deposits, balances and refunds — never through your account.
Kit, training, dietary needs, dogs, transfers. They ask us, not you.
Each walker gets a personal trail book with the day-by-day route and stays.
Weather, injuries, missed trains, a night that needs changing — we sort it live.
What walkers say about the trips you’d be hosting
An amazing and very memorable experience
We had a really wonderful experience and are very happy that we went ahead with the trek. It was challenging at times, but overall it was an amazing and very memorable experience. The scenery, the trails and the whole journey were absolutely beautiful. Bhagyashree did have some issues with her knee during the trek, which made a few sections difficult. We didn't let that stop us — we completed most of the trek and, wherever necessary, adapted our plans and took a bus or train for certain stretches rather than putting too much strain on her knee. Managing the trek despite the knee issue made the achievement feel even more special.

Your followers, on a trail they’ll talk about for years.
There’s no minimum. Most trips need eight to twelve people, so a small, engaged following often works better than a big, quiet one.
No. You’re the host, not the guide. You walk it with your people; we handle the route, the stays and anything that goes wrong.
Nothing happens to you. You test demand with a poll first, and if the numbers aren’t there we release the date. You’re never out of pocket.
We do. Bookings, payments, terms and support all sit with Big Trail Adventures, so nothing runs through your own accounts.
After the trip has run and the final numbers are settled, on the rate shown in your studio before you published the trip.
Ask us. The open dates are the ones we can guarantee right now, but we’re adding trails and dates every season.
